But I think the most unforgettable part about the whole experience was the customer service that I experienced from Jai and Jasmine. They were so friendly and welcoming when I first arrived. I’m traveling for my birthday, and they accommodated me in so many ways! Not only that, but provided me with recommendations of spots to visit. I tried a few and they were top notch, to say the least. Everything about this experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling! It was just me and my bestie for a trip, and we felt safe and welcomed the whole time. Thank you!"

The apartments are spacious, with sleek interiors that include high-end finishes, large windows for natural light, and contemporary kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Whether you're in a studio or a multi-bedroom unit, the living spaces are designed to be both stylish and functional. The building offers some of the best amenities you could ask for in a rental property. Residents can enjoy a rooftop pool with sweeping views of the city, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private movie theater, and even a pet-friendly dog park. There’s also a resident lounge for socializing or relaxing, and the building has a concierge service to help with anything you need. The location is a downside - long walking distance to downtown. It's perfect for anyone who wants to stay in the close to the action but still enjoy a peaceful retreat when at home. On the downside, the rates/rent here can be higher compared to other areas, but you're paying for the premium amenities, quiet location, and the luxury of a well-maintained, secure building. If you're looking for a high-end rental in one of Chicago's best neighborhoods, Level Apartments is definitely worth considering. At check-in, we were upgraded to a larger room which was a wonderful surprise. The deposit is steep, so plan ahead for that."

We have had some minor issues with someone at the desk who may have been having a bad day but usually that is few and far between. The rooms every now and then have some quality control issues like a door that doesnt seat properly , washer dryer dishwasher that sounds like it's on it's last leg. But having these amenities out weigh the noise. 3 things that would enhance stay would be for temporary visitors that require garage access giving a garage transponder for the duration of the stay and charging those that arent returned to the room cost can be an easy way to recoup costs. Serialize them so they can be deactivated if not returned. Blocking traffic and side walks is not ideal for any one while waiting through the automated phone line or someone to pick up at the desk. 2nd is update the kids play room as it has had the exact same items for the 4 years we've been coming. Incomplete puzzles, missing or broken toy sets etc. 3rd a few extra pieces of gym equipment. Namely, incline leg press/leg press machine, preacher curl bench, angled barbell set and lateral low row machine. Obviously space is limited but there is room for a few extra items if upgrades are being considered. We love our stay!"

So they have little to no control over the Level check in process, i.e. if you have to fill in a check in form online _and_ the same form again IRL. - You are essentially signing a short term rental contract, and this is not the same as a hotel stay contract. - This location has an outdoor pool that is closed for the winter. - You need to stay 7 days or more to get housekeeping. What I was annoyed by: - There were not enough laundry and dishwasher supplies for more than ONE use. I find this unacceptable for a 5 night stay. Even TWO dishwasher pods and laundry detergent for 2 loads would've been good enough. ONE is just plain stingy for a 5 night stay. Same goes for face tissues. A partial box in the winter in Chicago? Really? - It was very unclear how one would get more supplies. We asked the front desk, but those supplies never came."
