"Could not recommend a better stay in LA. I came for my birthday, and Dawson noticed it was my birthday and gave me complimentary parking—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and had open balconies, which made the stay even better. Overall, an amazing experience with great service. "I love levels, this has always been my go to spot. The front office is always exceptional and accommodates me every single time. Maria went above a beyond and waived the resort fees for me, she was kind attentive and professional. I was indecisive of what room I wanted and Josh walked me up to view it before I made a decision. He was also kind and helpful. When I go there I am always greeted by George, he is a wonderful person and always understands my concerns and helps me right away and in way where I feel heard and comfortable to address anything to make my stay at levels unforgettable. I recommend this spot not only for the amazing views and fully furnished rooms but for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back 🏆🙏"

"I had a lovely stay here right in the middle of downtown Los Angeles, in a fully furnished apartment for a week. The staffers are very friendly and nice, and the amenities are quite delightful! The gym is equipped with all of your strength and cardio needs, and the cabanas are so pleasant, providing a lovely respite from the day. There's also sauna and steam room available in the common area, and kitchen as well! What I love most about this hotel is the view from my 26th Floor apartment. The sunsets and sunrises make you believe in the magic of the Golden State."

"I recently spent two wonderful weeks at Level Los Angeles, and my stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself was perfect: it was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had an amazing view of the city that I never got tired of. The staff at Level were also outstanding—they were so helpful and made everything easy and comfortable for me. Even though some people might worry about staying in downtown LA, I found it totally fine. I walked around every day to go to the nearby Whole Foods and a few shops, and it felt completely comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd happily stay there again!"
