I don't spend a lot of time at a hotel, I just need a place to sleep and take a shower and this place is perfect. The rooms are nice and a good size. The staff has been pleasant. The area seems safe and walkable, public transportation is close. I didn't drive either time so I don't know about the parking. The lobby is here is REALLY cool; its big and art deco like this used to be an apartment building. It think this place is great."

The bathroom faucet couldn't be removed to rinse; it sprayed all over. The soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear what the neighbors were saying, including what country they were speaking. It was quiet at night, but a bit dark. I had to carry my luggage upstairs."

Decent towels and sheets. Hot water. Spacious. AC/Heater unit. Tons of Korean restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Bus terminal across the street takes you straight downtown or out to Santa Monica. Would stay there again."
