It’s a rare combination: peaceful, comfortable, and consistently well-run—without feeling pretentious. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the property feels tucked into the pines, and it’s an easy place to truly rest after a long day of travel or exploring. What keeps bringing us back is the consistency: clean, well-maintained, family-friendly, and a staff that makes check-in and everything else feel effortless. It’s also a great location—convenient to town and to day trips, but removed enough to feel like a retreat. Five stars, every time. We’ll be back again."

Little America and their staff are absolutely exceptional when it comes to event planning and execution. We had family flying in from across the country and they worked with us every step of the way to accommodate our guests and make our day of flow seamlessly. Axel and Courtney are true professionals and are an absolute dream to work with. They were extremely communicative in the months leading up to our wedding and were on top of everything on the day of. They worked with our vendors to make sure everything was coordinated properly and so my husband and I could enjoy ourselves and not worry. From the event space to the food at our reception, everything was spectacular and our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed themselves. They were able to place all of our guests in a room block near each other and all of their rooms were cozy, clean, and easy to access. The only hiccup we had was that the room keys of a few of our guests seemed to deactivate on multiple occasions but the front desk easily remedied that. Overall, I highly recommend the Little America Hotel to anyone who is planning a large event or even just looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff. I cannot say enough good things about this location and their staff. Thank you so much to the team at Little America for all of their hard work and for making our wedding an unforgettable experience."

She really saved me from losing so much time and money over something the previous driver neglected to do. If she hadn't printed my bills for the load we were on, we would not have been able to deliver it on time and would have lost the next load. Thank you so much!!! Honestly, we plan to make a weekend out here and stay at the hotel as soon as we can! The plane is gorgeous and looks so fun!"

One thing that I found kinda annoying was the online early reservation. We checked in earlier, set an arrival time think they'll have a room ready. That wasn't the case, we still had to wait a crazy amount of time for a room. It was opening weekend so the hotel was pretty busy, so I understand. The communication between reception and restaurant was not on the same page but again, it was just busy. My reviews is based on the overall experience, and that was beyond Amazing. The reception staff was great, friendly and outstanding. Aside from being overwhelmed, they maintain 💯 percent professional and approachable. The room was clean and well maintained. Christmas decorations, made it feel like the real north spole for the little ones. Location is great. Its 30 min from beararizona and the ski resort. You can explore the town and be at a good distance from the hotel as well. Overall, our trip was amazing, and we can't wait to do it again this year coming up. A new family tradition was created based on our experience."

The service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. You’re treated like a valued guest, not just a room number. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-kept, but what really sets it apart is the setting. Being surrounded by tall pines and having access to peaceful nature trails right on the property is next level. Morning walks and evening strolls feel like a mini retreat without ever leaving the hotel grounds. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Flagstaff. Everything about this place feels intentional and high quality. Without a doubt, Little America Flagstaff delivers a true four-star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Amazing service, stunning natural surroundings, and an overall vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended!"
