Live! by Loews - St. Louis, Missouri

"What an AMAZING stay! My friend and I took a quick girls trip to St.Louis for the weeked and I booked with Loews Hotel. I've stayed at other Loews properties and had great experiences, but this stay was by far the BEST! We decided to eat dinner at the hotel bar and were taken care of by Que! Her customer service was 10 out of 10! Be sure to ask for her. And let me tell you about dinner.. WOW! We opted for the full lobster tail and I added the crab & asparagus oscar to top it off, mashed potatoes, and my bestie ordered the filet... I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER LOBSTER and the crab oscar was to die for. It's hard to find decent lobster in the midwest, but trust when I say, it was perfectly prepared, the meat was plentiful and sweet. The lobby, bar, and dinner areas we beautiful and cozy and our room was super clean, we had a view of Ballpark Village from our room and we cant wait to go back in the summer time because the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Ballpark Village! Also, the water pressure in the shower was incredible (these things matter). You will not go wrong booking this hotel. I will only stay at this Loews location in the future!"

"We had our wedding here on 10/25/25. I cannot compliment or recommend this hotel enough. The wedding turned out so beautiful, the staff were on top of everything all night, the food was amazing….10/10! Sydney and her team know exactly how to be there for you and help execute. We stayed there all weekend as well - from room service to valet, I didn’t have one negative experience. Though I live in St. Louis, I would absolutely stay here again."

"Had a great stay here. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was excellent, cleanliness was perfect. Parking a bit of a challenge/pricey in the area, but you can probably find street parking if you try. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again."

"It's been a while since I've been impressed by a hotel! The staff at check-in were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was well thought out, crisp, and clean—and quiet. The gym facilities were wonderful and offer a great view of the ballpark. Parking was straightforward."

"Customer service was amazing! Specifically Angel! He was literally an Angel! He was so nice and personable and very helpful when I was checking in and out. He even took all of my bags up to my room for me as well as handled my valet parking for me and brought my ticket up to my room afterwards! He wouldn’t even accept a tip from me! That was absolutely someone who values customer service and loves his job. Please give him a raise. I hope he’s there the next time I visit! As far as the room it was cute and modern. I will say housekeeping can do a little better as far as attention to detail when cleaning because there was hair in my shower so it obv wasn’t cleaned and there was a brown mark on one of my pillows And small wash cloth. Clean or not I don’t want to see anything on my white pillows or towels as I don’t know if it’s clean or not. I’m from stl but moved so it was a nice reminder of home being footsteps away from the cardinals stadium and ballpark village. Close to stl staples like imos and White Castle as well. They had self parking for $40 w in and out or $50 valet w in and out priv. I felt safe considering I was downtown in stl , it was on a quiet street. Will return!"
