Chris the bartender was amazing. And the bar manager was so so sweet. She surprised us with champagne and dessert. Cannot recommended this hotel enough!"

I am in town regularly for work and have enjoyed staying here previously as a diamond member, but the Lively Oak staff really went above and beyond for me this weekend. I was in town with my BFF who suffered a loss in her family. Johnnie, Willis, and the amazing ladies at the desk were so accommodating. They upgraded our room, and wrote a very kind and thoughtful letter that was left in our suite. The guys working the valet are always prompt and very courteous. I just really can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is great, and the rooms themselves are great with nice bathrooms, soft lighting, and even has a slot to support my iPhone charger on the night stand. All of these small details combined with an awesome staff really adds up to a comfortable and enjoyable stay, which goes a long way whether you are staying for work or leisure. Thank you for your outstanding service and support! Will be back soon."

The location is centrally located, making it easy to get around, and parking was convenient with both valet service and EV charging stations available. There is also free on-site parking. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing throughout. Although I didn’t get a chance to dine at the on-site restaurant, Cloud Puncher, it looked like a great spot. One of the highlights was the outdoor terrace. It’s a nice set up with a bar, comfortable seating, TVs, a small pool, and views overlooking Heartwood Park. I had no complaints during my stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained. I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area."

They do the parking only. It is in a great location if you want to spend a lot of money on shopping and dining."

The location is next to a few high end restaurants and a great shopping mall. It’s pricier than other hotels I’ve stayed at in OKC so I reserve my stays here for special occasions due to that, and the $20 per night parking charge. I find it interesting that some Hilton properties give diamonds members free parking while others still charge. While they have a restaurant on-site, I’ve never had a full meal there. The menu doesn’t appeal to me and they don’t have any recognition of diet sensitive customers. This is the case for both breakfast and dinner. We went to other restaurants nearby instead. I’ll still come here despite the limitations but felt other should be aware in case it was a big deal for them."
