Many hotels tend to feel run down over time, but Loews does a fantastic job of maintaining the property — everything always feels well cared for and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are consistently in great condition. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, and it is very nice to see familiar faces each time we return. We sometimes work with the VIP reservations desk when booking a large number of rooms for work, and their courtesy and patience are truly remarkable. The front desk team is always helpful and efficient, and we have always felt warmly greeted by everyone. In particular, we would like to mention Lilly, who is both professional and genuinely friendly, and has made our stays always pleasant. Loews continues to be a place we are happy to come back to, year after year."

Great service, easy to check in and very friendly professional staff. Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable and everything is CLEAN. We stayed on the 19th floor, king room with a view. I didn't hear anything while we were there, no street noise or people in rooms next to us. Valet is $50 a day, self parking is $30(?) They do charge a room fee of $35 it was explained during check-in so just be aware. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting LA."

There was an unbelievable amount of luggage in the luggage storage room in the lobby, yet the bellmen kept it all straight - we had absolutely no issues. Great luggage storage management is a must, especially if you arrive at the hotel before your check-in time or need to leave your luggage before it's time to depart the hotel."

My daughter kept joking that she felt like we were movie stars, which honestly fits the Hollywood location perfectly. Our room was beautiful (and we had a terrific view of the Hollywood sign as you can see!). The room was also extremely comfortable, and the room service was delicious with generous portions for somewhat reasonable prices. A special shoutout to Jairo at the front desk. He checked us in and was absolutely welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. He really set the tone for a fantastic stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

I wouldn't say stay there for 2 weeks but for a few days its great. If you intending to go to Disneyland then it is quite far. The room was amazingly clean, staff were helpful and the bed was super comfortable and i dont tend to like medium to firm beds, so thats saying a lot. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a central location with a bit of luxury too."
