"we stayed at this hotel for almost a week and loved it! check-in was very easy, the room was clean, the private bath was great! we felt the location perfectly suited our needs and we were always within 20 mins of a coffee, a drink, some good food, or something cute to buy :) we would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the chicago area!"

"This unmanned hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We tried it out because it was so convenient to people we were visiting and the area is a bit of a hotel desert. We were happy with it and will definitely stay here again. It’s also convenient to many great places to eat and to the blue train line. Our room had a private bath across the hall with a good shower and plenty of space for changing clothes, and we did find basic toiletries were provided. The room also had a sink, coffee maker with coffee pods, a fridge, and small microwave, plus shelves to store your stuff. Terry robes were also provided. A really nice alternative to a standard hotel!"

"Great location with plenty of walkable options for food and drinks and right in between the airport and downtown on public transit. The latch door unlocking system was very easy once hotel staff helped me with a login issue (and they were very responsive and helpful). The rooms were clean, modern and quiet. I had a private bathroom that was clean and stocked with shampoo conditiner and soap. My only complaint is that my room was facing an interior wall and had very little light. Would definitely stay again."

"In short, for the price of a full sized bed and a shared bathroom in a small space in April, this place is steep for only 4 days. This lodging is more closely aligned to a hostel private room than a hotel. I would add a bit more amenities to oust other lodgings in the area. It was not my first pick, but I needed the place in a pinch as my first lodging was too far from what I wanted to see on my trip. Amenities: The bedding is soft and the highlight of my stay. There is no hair dryer, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash like you’d expect from an Airbnb or a hotel. You do not have a closet, just under bed storage. It was handy to have a in room sink. Noise & Safety: The area is quiet at night and completely safe to walk around after taking the L or the bus. The unit is also quiet but if your room is close to the exit door, you’ll hear it slam as there’s no closer arm to slow the door as folks exit out of it. Location & Transportation: You’ll be staying in a more residential area of Logan Square. It’s a 7 minute walk to the blue line and short bus rides to multiple restaurants on Milwaukee. You’re also a short bus ride to Humboldt Park. Accessibility: It’s all stairs so if you have problem with carrying luggage or with stairs in general, just keep that in mind."

"It was an overall great experience, just a couple of nitpicks! Pros: Wonderful location, rates, and neighborhood. Stayed here for a long weekend and the blue line station was so convenient for getting downtown, never felt unsafe in the area and the rooms were clean and a good rate. Having in hotel laundry was definitely a lifesaver for us and meant we got to wear our new thrift finds! Cons: Less like a hotel, more like an AirBnB. I feel like when I book a hotel I expect at least basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The whole point, especially if you're flying in is the convience of not having to pack those items. The shared bathroom was not a problem and was very well outlined in the website, but it was a little unclear with whether or not it had toiletries and I ended up using my friends', but I can't imagine buying a full size product from the 7/11 then having to shove it into my checked luggage flying out. I very much appreciated the robes for the bathrooms, however especially for the shared bathrooms I feel like disposable slippers would definitely be a great addition, foot fungus is no joke. We ended up buying some in Chinatown. Overall, we would book again, but definitely be prepared with your own toiletries and slippers."
