"This location is amazing! I have been staying at this property for years especially around my birthday in August. The location, the rooms, the restaurants and bars, the rooftop bar, and the remarkable service is what keeps me coming back. Mary at the Concierge Desk always does a great job explaining local attractions and helping get special treats to your room when there is a special celebration. I don't mind re-visiting this location time after time or year after year because they treat you so well and the rooms are very nice and clean. I enjoy my experience so much that now my friends have started staying here regularly as well. See you soon!"

"This hotel is truly a great option. The prices are reasonable, and the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and beautiful views. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The service was very good, and the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. I definitely recommend it — plus, it has a restaurant and access to a rooftop with stunning views that’s absolutely worth visiting."

"Loved this hotel so much! The location was amazing it’s close to main attractions and walkable distance to most places. Room was clean and service was great. The decorations were beautiful, they also have smart TV so you can log into your streaming accounts like Netflix and enjoy in your hotel room. We got the river view room and it was well worth it, the window was wide enough for me to sit and relax while looking outside. 10/10 experience. All photos are view from our room"

"Absolutely amazing!!! This hotel made our vacation so memorable! The view of the river and all of the city buildings was incredible, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job! I would absolutely stay here again. It is just a few blocks from the L-train which got us everywhere we needed to go. We came into Midway airport, took the Orange line to within 3 or 4 blocks or so of the hotel and used public transport to go to a musical, to go to the suburbs in the west and the north, to go to the Sear’s Tower (aka Willis), The Bean is within an easy walk as is a Target where we got some food for breakfasts and some of our lunches. A short bus ride gets you to the Navy Pier, but even that was only a 20 minute walk. Literally the best decision about this trip was the hotel pick we made! Well done to the hotel staff — attentive and very friendly. Thank you so much for making a trip with me and my two daughters easy so we could connect and make memories!"

"Rooms are very nice. The decor and finishes are nice and a bit higher quality comparable to budget hotels. Surprisingly, the walls between rooms were not very sound proof; could hear TV from the other room. The front drop off/ parking/ valet area is small and gets congested easily especially during peak times (check in check out). The Bellhops were very friendly, kind and helpful. The Christmas Decor was really nice in the entrance and lobby. The elevators can also be congested during peak times, otherwise they were OK. Location is wonderful as you are walking distance to everything. Walk to Chicago River, Millenium, Michigan Ave and more depending how much walking you are up for. No pool, wasn’t able to get spa services when I stopped by there. There is a fitness center but did not utilize it this time. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant on the 1st floor, but they were not able to accommodate dietary restrictions, so I would not recommend there if you do have dietary restrictions. Rooftop was nice for the views and Holiday decor."
