"We had a great stay at the Marriott Albuquerque, but what truly stood out was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. We accidentally left a bag containing significant valuables behind, and the team secured it immediately and shipped it back to our home the very next day. Their responsiveness, integrity, and care gave us incredible peace of mind. We’re extremely grateful and can’t thank the staff enough—this is hospitality done right."

"When I come to ABQ (insanely often) this and the airport Shariton are my go-to places. All this time I've walked to local eateries to sate my appetite. Tonight I wanted a bit of a night cap to try for an early bedtime (yes, I'm old) and decided to stop at the bar / restaurant in the lobby... Zero regurts. Kyle and Trisha were absolutely tag teaming it on a insanely busy Sunday night. Despite how busy they obviously were, they were still making sure that everyone was having fun and got great service. service at its best. Henceforth whenever I feel like going out, I'll probably just stop at the lobby. Also a major bonus, the drinks were mixed expertly. Have yourself a mezcal poloma. Seriously. I've been at 2 places before this and by far I've felt more welcome here than all the others... Managers. Take note! Side note. If you are actually staying here, ask for the side facing the Sandia mountains. If it's raining on the east side the lightning is nothing short of amazing."

"The hotel is convenient to the airport and downtown area. Rooms are nice and clean as Marriotts usually are. The building is older but they keep it nice. More renovations could be done."

"Teresa done a wonderful job with troubleshooting some issues related to my Marriot-Bonvoy membership. Thank you! As for the hotel, location is great and was easy to park. As for the room I wish they would not use any scent for the rooms."
