"As someone who travels frequently for work, I pay close attention to efficiency, professionalism, and consistency. This Marriott on 71st in Tulsa delivered on all three. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, and everything I needed for a productive stay was readily available. I want to specifically recognize Cara, who exemplifies what excellent hotel service should look like. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly understands how to do her job the right way. Any interaction I had with her was handled efficiently, but still with a friendly and welcoming attitude. It’s obvious she takes her role seriously and genuinely cares about both the guests and the quality of service being provided. For business travel, reliability matters — and staff members like Cara are the reason this location stands out. I would not hesitate to stay here again when in Tulsa for work."

"Wow!! I'm not undersranding the negative posts... This establishment HAS been around awhile; yet, many updates are to be found. Shout out to Clinton who cordially assisted me w'how to navigate a large motorcoach around the hotel lot. 🚍 His professional courtesy went above and beyond w'his customers. Front desk smiled and made me feel welcome, -handing me my room key/ information and directing me to the elevators. 4th floor corridor was clean and aromatic w'floral scent. Room was exceptionally neat & comfortable. >see video"

"I recently stayed at the Marriott on 71st in Tulsa, and I have to say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The place was spotless, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and welcoming. One person who really stood out was the very professional night staff member named Cara. You can tell right away she genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in her work. She was professional, friendly, and handled everything with such ease and confidence — like she’s been doing it her whole life. It’s rare these days to come across someone who not only knows their job inside and out but also makes every interaction feel personal and effortless. If you’re staying in Tulsa, I definitely recommend this Marriott. Between the clean rooms, great location, and staff like Cara who clearly set the standard for service, it’s a place I’ll be happy to come back to."
