From check-in to check-out, she went above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and grace. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what I needed. But Robyn’s kindness made it memorable. It’s not every day you encounter someone who makes hospitality feel human again. Because of her, I’ll always choose Microtel when I’m in Springfield. If management is reading this: Robyn is a gem. She represents your brand with excellence and heart."

The tile on the floor was kind of amateurish, but the room he worked, and it was cold day. It was nice to clever in the bed sheets were kind of strange. The duvet wasn’t a duvet. It was just a funny wrinkle top thing sheet a frilly wrinkled sheet, but they did give us more pillows when we asked for it and they gave us more towels breakfast with hard boiled eggs, cereal, a muffin, a small muffin you had your choice of toaster bagels. They had butter and cream cheese and orange juice and apple juice. The coffee was horrendous. It was swell, but if you got a coffee outside, Starbucks was expensive but at least it was palatable the front desk. Lady was very nice Christie I think but anyway if you need to go there to Springfield close to the office, it’s only 10 minutes so not bad."

Thankfully, after reporting this to the front desk, the clerk (I believe her name was Robin) apologized and gave us a free upgrade, to a though not perfect, but significantly better room. The reason for why it was not perfect, is because the cleaning crew this place has definitely needs an upgrade or revamp of some sort. Clean beds and surfaces, clean toiletries, but did not seem to give much care to vacuuming, or most of the bathroom."
