Bonnie was exceptional, her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression and truly set the tone for my stay. Isabella, Angle, and Kyle were also consistently kind, attentive, and supportive, always ensuring everything ran smoothly. The valet team played a major role in making a longer stay feel effortless. Arthur, Johnny, and Chris consistently delivered exceptional service, taking the time to learn my name and treating each interaction with care. Arthur was particularly attentive, while Luis and Alfred were always courteous, reliable, and efficient. During overnight hours, Trey greeted me with a smile and consistently provided warm, welcoming service, which was deeply appreciated. A thoughtful gesture from the concierge team, a thank-you note accompanied by champagne and chocolate, was truly appreciated and reflected the level of care and attention throughout my stay. What truly made this experience special was the people. The consistency, warmth, and genuine hospitality across the entire team made the Mondrian feel less like a hotel and more like a place I belonged. I would absolutely return and highly recommend the Mondrian for anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and a true sense of home, whether for a short visit or an extended stay. Best Regards, Ms. Esther"

I want to particularly call out Jason Vance, the head concierge. I was traveling with my cat on a business trip, and he made everything so much easier!! It's not my first time traveling with my cat, but this is by far the most welcome we have ever felt. He also gave amazing recommendations for the area. I am so grateful to him as these trips are long and exhausting, and he made us feel like family. What is normally a lonely business trip was enjoyable and I cannot wait to come back! Another shout out to the front desk team. I wrote down names, but I can't find them - Sorry! -Melissa"

It was easily covered by a white noise machine (I always bring one when staying in a hotel). Another consideration is that the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors alarm clear as day and I’m sure they heard mine. Thankfully neither of us were loud but something you may want to consider. Staff and valet were also friendly and nice."

My room was neat & clean with no issues and had a GORGEOUS view of the strip. I enjoyed the pool too and maybe a little too many Aperol spritz lol. Honestly I have nothing bad to say other than the room service situation kinda sucks which was a bummer. You can’t order drinks to your room you have to order bottle service and I’m like… literally what hotel on planet earth does bottle service to your rooms like I’m not trying to have some girl show up with sparklers and a sign I just want to drink an Aperol spritz while I get ready. Am i reaching for the stars here? No I don’t think so. Anyways, since that’s literally the only negative thing they get a 5/5 from me. Mondrian? Looks like you’re going to Hollywood baby!"
