a month ago"The owner was often there and trying to renovate. Stacy the manager is incredible! Very sweet kind but definitely takes care of business! Stephanie and other houser I had always did my room to whatever I needed. Jacob at front desk and other guys names were great too. Kaitlyn is quiet as she’s shy but will take care of your needs. There was no problem with anything or any staff. I saw all deal with other customers who were but few difficult in kind business way and tried to keep up with everything. My stay was during holidays and appreciate their kindness and businesslike attitude."

He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. When I asked about the rewards program, he was honest about not having all the details but made sure to point me toward the management team for the best assistance. Management Excellence The next morning, I was greeted by the manager, Stacy, who had an infectious smile and a very welcoming attitude. She was more than willing to help me with my rewards inquiry, even taking the time to show me her screen and explain exactly how the system works. It is this level of genuine customer care and professional acknowledgement that keeps me coming back time and time again! The Room & Atmosphere While the rooms are a bit older and show some wear (earning a 3-star rating for the physical space), the 5-star service more than makes up for it. The sense of comfort and the friendliness of the staff are what truly matter. Bottom line: I will definitely be back! If you value being treated well, this is the place to stay."
