Motel 6 Flagstaff, AZ - Butler

"Clean and conveniently located, everything in good repair. The toilet, sink, shower tub, and laminate floor all appear recently renovated. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Tub and sink drains quickly. The mattresses were a little soft and creaky. No soft surfaces other than washable bed linens and curtains allowing good cleaning and sanitation. No evidence of bugs. Towels were small, and the electrical outlets did not hold plugs tightly. Great television channel selection and the easiest TV remote to operate ever. Dogs stay free and the grounds were relatively poop free. Heat worked great and we needed it because it went down to 25° at night. It was not a problem for us because we just cranked up the heat, but the window and door is not well sealed against drafts. Really interesting video concierge service at the front desk. You video chat with an excellent English speaker who appears to be in India. He even took care of notifying me when Amazon delivered my package to the front desk. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room they do have ice and a vending machine and a coffee machine in the lobby. They also have an on-site guest laundry."

"this was my first time ever getting a motel by myself and it couldn't have gone smoother! I didnt have to use the kiosk to check in, but I did use it to check out and the whole process was very easy to understand. Arun was an amazing help and was very kind. the rooms themselves weren't exactly luxury living but I did get mine for $40 a night so I can't complain. I got a room with two full size beds and it was fairly clean, with the biggest mess being the dust bunnies under the bed but the only reason i even noticed was because I kept dropping stuff down there. there also was no microwave or fridge. Its not very quiet; there were at least two rooms with dogs that would bark whenever anyone walked by and the other guests as well as cleaning crew would yell outside my room a lot ;-; the location isn't the safest in town, but it was only a 10 minute walk from the Little America hotel, which is where I was attending Kikoricon. There's also a bunch of restaurants and like three convenience stores also within a 10 minute walk."
