3 months ago"From day one EVERYTHING was super helpful and accommodating, at first my sister and I could not check-in on time because of a business delay and once we explained the complication, the staff was very understanding and helpful. We then make it to our same day reservation for our check-in and Ms. Renetta was absolutely amazing!! She smiled and welcomed us and was so relaxed about answering our questions about coffee times and wifi access,laundry room access, she personally assisted us with our t.v. because we were new to understanding how it worked and she calmly showed us how to use the remote and how the t.v. box works and assured us we can always inform her if we run into any complications again.. She was so nice about it and everything just went so smoothly, she really made us feel welcomed and was approachable and uplifting. And so was everyone else we met on staff, the cleaning ladies were so wonderful and polite and helpful when we needed items to be a little more comfortable, they smiled and cared for our room as we needed. Our pets were very comfortable too, it only took them a few hours to unwind in a clean, tidy space that kept us all happy and resting well. Thank you Motel 6, your staff is phenomenal!!"
