"Had a wonderful stay at Nobu Hotel! My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with an annual trip to Chicago, and Hotel Nobu does not disappoint. The rooms are amazing - dark and moody - warm and comfortable. Anthony at the front desk was great - he sent up a gift of bottle of champagne on our arrival, which was a very nice touch. To me, the overall vibe and decor at Nobu is very unique. The bathrooms are killer! Soaking tub by the window? Yes please. West Loop just seems to have more and more things to do and places to eat or drink at."

"Amazing location and service. Room was spacious and beautiful. I enjoyed the big windows and corner view. Loved my stay here and the amenities were great. The restaurant being downstairs was a plus and the food was great. I love Nobu restaurants and the hotel was just as great. The indoor pool is a vibe. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return."

"I travel for business and often stay in hotels. Nobu Chicago staff and the hotel were by far the best I’ve stayed at. Ashley at the front desk was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. I had a very bad day coming in and mentioned it to her. She went above and beyond to make my stay more relaxing and to help change my day. The professionalism of all of the staff was amazing. The rooms are also so beautiful and relaxing. I will be staying here every time I am in Chicago."

"Feels like a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star. This review is specific to the Nobu Hotel in Chicago. I’m genuinely surprised by the volume of glowing reviews because our experience didn’t match that level of praise. To be clear, nothing terrible happened and the hotel isn’t “bad” by any stretch. However, having stayed at other five-star properties, we expected a higher level of service and amenities. Here were the main issues: • Neither steam room was functioning. • The hotel appeared lightly booked, yet we were unable to access our own ice and had to request it multiple times. Each request took over 30 minutes. • The pool area had no jacuzzi, which would have been fine if the pool itself hadn’t been extremely cold—especially considering it’s indoors. • Our key cards did not reflect the late checkout the front desk agent offered at check-in. • Surprisingly loud at night, even seven floors up, with significant street noise from Randolph Street on a weekend. Again, not a bad stay—but not what we would expect from a five-star hotel at this price point."
