OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

"Had a great Valentine's Day getaway trip. Staff was very nice, room extremely clean. Water park was very fun for 2 adults, we didn't have kids but the kids on-site were very respectful. No long lines, got to eat at Jack Rabbit which they had a great special and food was delicious. Overall a great time. We live in OKC and will definitely be making some day trips with the kids, as well as consider for future getaways. Thanks Okana team!"

"Friendly staff who answered all my questions. Cola & Karen at the front desk were kind and helpful. Waterpark was fun and had lots of lifeguards and staff, the were prompt when my daughter needed some assistance. Rooms were clean and nice, mini fridge was cold. They upgraded our room and the kids loved the bunk beds and extra tv’s. Plus easy check in/ out process. I’ve already recommended it to other mom friends and plan to go back!"

"We absolutely love our experience here. This was our family’s third visit, and it never disappoints. We have three boys, and they absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with extra storage areas that help keep clutter to a minimum during our stay. It’s easy for all of us to sleep comfortably in the same space with the pull-out couch or bunk room option. While a pocket door for the bunk room would be a nice addition for extra privacy and sound control, we were still very happy with the room overall. Everything was clean, and there were plenty of towels and amenities provided. The food at the restaurants is fantastic! We especially enjoy the buffet breakfast at Jack Rabbit. Dustin has been our server there several times and always provides a great experience. Brooke was also amazing, and we had the pleasure of meeting Kalith as well, who was great! The service at this restaurant is truly excellent. The water park is easy to navigate and offers something fun for all ages, which we really appreciate since all three of our boys find something they enjoy. The staff throughout the resort are consistently kind and helpful. We’re very happy with our experience and will definitely be planning more trips here!"

"Place was amazing. Rooms were clean and cozy. Stylish. We needed more drawers for room and bathroom. Many more bathroom hooks for towels and wet swimsuits would be nice. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly! Every request was met with the friendliest, professional efficiency. Especially Meme in reception. On 1/2/26, She went out of her way to correct numerous issues with our 4 room family. Jose was extremely helpful too And Deandre at the Dive pool bar/ seating area was a very friendly conscientious waiter for us. A daycare would be a nice addition so adults could enjoy some grown up time. Perhaps making the wristbands also depict over age guests would be a good upgrade so we don’t have to carry our ID."

"We just spent 3 days at Okana and we left being unsure if we'd return. Positives, a lot to do and all was very enjoyable. No shortage of restaurants and activities for all ages. The waterpark and arcade had plenty for everyone, our group was mixed ages. Smokehouse Social had great food and the simulators were a blast, that was a first for me. The spa was very relaxing and perfect after travel stress. Most of the crew did go above and beyond. Negatives, we had a lot of small issues with our room. We did get a suite and expected more, I packed special food/snacks and no rooms had microwaves. I made the assumption we'd have one because I can't remember the last time a hotel didn't. That was very inconvenient. Our room phone didn't work so when we needed maintenance we had to walk downstairs every time, for our AC/toilet etc. Another large disappointment was the roller coaster slide wasn't in order. Okana should advertise this and not mislead patrons. Also the hot tub wasn't working as well as the high-priced food in the waterpark is pretty poor quality. The other restaurants were acceptable but really high-priced as well. Overall, we had a good time we are just unsure if we'd recommend."
