Omni Chicago Hotel

"We stayed at the Omni Hotel in Chicago and I would 100% stay here again. The location was amazing right off Michigan Avenue and we could literally walk everywhere. It’s only about three blocks to the Red Line train, which made getting around so easy. The employees were exceptional. Check-in was smooth, and Shaniece was such a pleasure to meet at check-in she immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. The woman who cleaned our room was like a fairy. We often slept in and didn’t head out until 10 or 11 a.m., and every time we came back our beds were made and we had fresh towels. I don’t know how she knew our schedule, but it was amazing. On Christmas morning, we even opened our door to a stocking stuffer, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel was spotless, incredibly quiet, and everyone was so professional. We never waited more than 60 seconds for an elevator, and at night you couldn’t even enter the hotel without your room key, which made us feel very safe. There was an amazing doorman also. I had read a few reviews mentioning low water pressure in the shower, but that was not our experience at all. Everything worked perfectly. Honestly, it felt like there were barely any other guests it was so peaceful. If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it. We loved it and will absolutely be back."

"The Omni was a great choice for our recent trip. The cold was record breaking, and we had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm, but the staff was nice and the amenities were nice. We loved the workout rooms and the doormen were beyond helpful. It's a very nice, clean hotel, and the bar has nice options to eat if you don't want to brave the cold!"

"I stayed at the Omni right before Thanksgiving for a work trip. It's was all decked out for the holidays and very beautiful! The hotel is located in a prime location on Magnificent Mile. I was able to walk to several stores and for food. My room was very spacious, pretty clean, and nice. I didn't have any issues. The gym had a lot to offer as well. The only issue is that the hotel is on Magnificent Mile. I left out driving on Saturday and unbeknown to me, I would spend three hours stuck downtown trying to get back to the hotel due to a holiday parade. So, I eventually found a parking garage and had to walk to the hotel. I was frustrated, talked to staff, and they did not charge me valet for that day. After everything was over, I moved my car back to the hotel. Other than that, everything else went pretty smoothly."
