"We chose park hyatt for our anniversary with our little one, and the hotel/stay was so amazing we cancelled all our reservations so we can get the most out of our stay! It was an incredible weekend with our 1 year old. We never wanted to leave the room and wish our stay was longer. Super clean, incredibly friendly staff. Loved our room service experience! Can’t wait to come back. I am sad to leave today. 5++++!!!"

"Absolutely stellar! The Park Hyatt Chicago was the perfect setting for our 19th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined luxury. The property itself is truly beautiful, boasting a modern, yet timeless elegance. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered a wonderful view—a true sanctuary in the city. The staff deserves every bit of praise; they were nothing short of wonderful. Every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, genuine, and highly professional. They made us feel genuinely celebrated, adding those thoughtful touches that elevate a stay from great to unforgettable. My only (minor) grievance is the cost of the valet parking. Let's be honest, it costs an arm and a leg! But even that Chicago-sized price tag couldn't detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. The location is unbeatable, the service is impeccable, and the hotel felt like a luxurious home. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already planning our return. For a special occasion, you simply cannot do better than the Park Hyatt Chicago. Five stars all around!"

"Stayed here for the first time recently and loved it. The restaurant is great for all meals from breakfast to dinner. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Faye in the front desk…she is what every front desk person should be (competent, warm/welcoming, charming). Can’t wait to return on future trips to Chicago."

"We really loved our stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago. We've stayed in many Hyatts in Chicago and this is by far our favorite. Our Park Suite was lovely with a great shower and tub and view. One thing to note is the sirens (hotel is right downtown and near some big hospitals) can be loud if you're on a lower floor but we were able to get back to sleep. The hotel gym was super nice-great equipment and much bigger than anticipated. My husband got a massage at the spa and said it was amazing. Overall fantastic stay and will be back."
