There were a few issues with paint on the ceiling of the bathroom, yet it was clean. Our room was missing the blow dryer, but the front desk staff was wonderful and replaced it immediately. Everyone was friendly. We actually got there on a night with a cocktail hour with nachos. They always had drinks and popcorn available. Breakfast was one of the better I've had. We will definitely return when we come back to St. Louis!"

Doris was absolutely fabulous, helping me over the phone before I even checked in and then with a welcoming smile every time I saw her after. She helped me extend my stay while being able to stay in the same room. Stephanie was very kind as well! The staff alone would make this a recurring hotel choice for me. The amenities too, oh my! The indoor pool, spa, free breakfast, free nightly drink and snacks, hot water and coffee available 24/7. This hotel was great. I really enjoyed the location being right next to a greenway and able to see the Arch from my floor's hallway. It was central enough for me to take morning walks exploring, but not in a crowded area either. Two blocks from the highway as well. Wonderful experience. I planned on being here just one night, but stayed three, it was that great! Never stayed at a Drury before, but will certainly look for them now."

The view from the hallway was a nice surprise—you can see the Gateway Arch and the stadium, which added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast was very good, and the free evening snacks were a big plus, especially for a family. The atmosphere felt comfortable and family-friendly. The only downside was that the heater made a loud noise during the night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and pleasant. Tip: If you’re sensitive to noise, it may help to ask for a room where the heater is quieter or bring earplugs just in case. Overall, it was a very positive experience and a great choice for a family vacation."

After missing my flight, Landon And Taria walked me thru the shuttle process as well as made sure i was greeted with a warm & smiling welcome. I was also granted a later checkout to accommodate my flight tomorrow. I SURELY HOPE THE STAFF IS RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR IMPECCABLE EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I make this trip often and you bet i know where to go on following trips. Thanks for such a stellar experience. Having 26 working on hotels this is one of the best bundles of excellence I've seen🌹"
