"I ended up spending the night in Flagstaff when my car broke down. Traveling with pets, I chose Pinecrest Inn & Suites because they’re pet-friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was newer and very comfortable. I was greeted kindly at check-in. Service was great, and check-out was easy. The bathroom was small but perfectly fine for my needs. The location worked well for me since it was close to my mechanic, though it is on a busy road and next to train tracks. That didn’t bother me, but it’s good for others to know. Overall, I had a good night’s sleep, felt welcomed with my pets, and had no issues — 5 stars from me."

"I'm retired military, stayed here for 3 continuous months, and was very impressed. The wonderful on-site couple that manage here, Estella and Ernest, do a great job cleaning, maintenance, key-issue, have high-cleanliness standards, and are very accommodating to guests. The facility, built in the late 1940's, is right on Route 66. It is in mostly original condition with lots of fresh paint. I love being able to park my vehicle 2 feet from my room door. I am convinced they have the cleanest windows in all of Flagstaff. Special shout-out to part time help Charles and Harley. Yes, I highly recommend this NON-CORPORATE, clean, safe, comfortable place."

"Rusty on the outside but really great for the price on the inside! We spent about $75 and had a clean, modern room with a TV, fridge, and microwave. The shower head was especially nice, and this place is within walking distance of Fat Olives which had awesome Neapolitan pizza. Also, while it looks rough around the edges on the outside, it is evident the staff cares about security- as there were cameras all over the lot and each guest was asked to present their ID. For improvement- there could stand to be more surfaces to put items on in the bathroom and the WiFi password could be changed so that it’s not a long string of numbers!"

"If you expect fancy, or nice in any way, this place is not it. Especially the economy room. It’s “economy” for a reason. But the room is clean (even if it’s kinda wack), it feels safe, and it’s a place to sleep in your journey. I appreciate these folks!"
