"My overall experience was pleasant. I was surprised by the quality and friendliness of all thr staff. They really gave the impression that they are here to serve. We had to stop here short notice due to weather conditions but they were accommodating and gave insight to local places to eat (that might still be open). We chose to dine in and order from their kitchen which was super convenient. The food was good and I liked their BBQ chicken flatbread pizza. I loved all scriptures in our room and the open Bible with the highlighted verse. Very encouraging after a stressful drive. The breakfast was good and had a different menu than your typical hotel. I loved the lodge feel and that you could buy s'mores kits to roast by the fire. I don't ever leave reviews but this one definitely deserved it. Thank you for staying by your faith and sharing the love and hospitality of Christ to those passing by."

"Very very nice roadside hotel. Was on a cross country road trip with my best friend and as two women we felt very safe here. The pull up rooms allow you to park right by your door so unloading is a breeze. They had everything we could need for a one night stay and the breakfast was really great. I've had worse breakfasts at 4 star hotels. Absolutely recommend staying here on your next trip."

Ample parking, courteous staff, clean and well-appointed rooms, on site meals, smart TV's and internet. You won't be disappointed!"

"What a great experience my family had here. Great customer service and hospitality. We swam in the pool till 9 pm, it closed at 11 pm. My son had a blast. We ordered the Chicken tenders and fries for $12 and it was great. And I'm like an expert on chicken tenders. She even brought it to our room, I was impressed. The free breakfast the next morning was great and I even went back for seconds and no one made me feel like I was taking too much which was a relief considering the drive we had ahead of us. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Only improvement would be the beds. They wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked but then again I am pretty spoiled."

"If you don't stay here, you're either stupid or unlucky. My buddy and I are riding Route 66 for the 100th anniversary, and needed a place to stay at the end of long day of riding. We so lucked out. We wanted to get past St. Louis, and found ourselves in the town of St. Clair. Searched Google Maps, saw Pinemark had a 4.7 review, and thought 'Let's give it a try'. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. We were greeted by Toni at the front desk. Toni is amazing, and I'm sorry if I spelled her name wrong. So how cool is this . . . . we arrived late, and hungry, and there was a popcorn machine in the lobby with warm, buttered popcorn in bags for guests. We grabbed a popcorn, asked where we could get something to eat at 9:00, and the amazing Toni told us a lot of place might be closed, but she could make us a flatbread pizza for $17 if we wanted. 20 minutes later and we had a pretty decent flatbread pizza. She even called our room to let us know it was ready. The room . . . so nice. This is a family owned hotel, with pictures of family member and kids on the walls. There was a bible open on the table with a verse highlighted . . . Psalm 3:24 "If you lie down, you will not be afraid; the you lie down, your sleep will be sweet". How cool is that?! Even if you're not religious, you gotta respect that this family wants to you to feel welcome in their hotel. Breakfast. Best I've ever had in a road motel/hotel. Even the cereal boxes were "Displayed" on the shelf. Real plates, and gold colored metal flatware. When I was done eating, I felt like I was at home, and I wanted to take my dishes to the kitchen and wash them! The food, excellent biscuits and gravy, several types of prepared eggs, including bacon bits on some. Please, if you stay here, be good the place, and the people. Someday I hope to come back, and I want it to be just like it was today. God bless the family who owns and operates Pinemark, and thank you for opening your home/hotel to us! We loved our stay."
