The checking in process was extremely fast, The customer service was true southern hospitality. It’s very quiet here no loud noises, Management is quick to respond to any and everything. Toby the GM was amazing and had a very unique southern hospitality charm, Hailey the front desk clerk was sweet amazing funny & very professional & had a cute southern charm about her the GM’s son was amazing as well and very professional. Rooms were super clean, Bathrooms were exceptionally above and beyond clean, My car was safe in the parking lot, There breakfast in the morning had plenty of options to choose from, The indoor pool was amazing. I can not wait to return in September I have already booked my room with the same hotel. I had a king suite and let me say OMG amazing comfortable roomy & that jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. I had absolutely zero issues here and I can honestly say I am very extremely impressed and I say keep up the amazing work ya’ll truly are amazing & Made our stay an absolutely amazing trip and can’t wait to some back in September. Ya’ll are the very first hotel I have ever given 5 starts to."

The only minor issue we had, because of a rodeo in town they didnt have a King so we got a double Queen room. No big deal. They are obviously in the process of cleaning up as several rooms were gutted for renovation and the walls in the hallway appeared to have been freshly painted. The carpet in the hall and in our room were either new or recently professionally cleaned. We saw no bugs and besides the occasional marijuana smell on property there was no significant odor. The pool was clear and seemed to be in good shape. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast or bagels, muffins, and juice or coffee. I would like to have seen a waffle maker or biscuits and gravy, but it will suffice for continental. The place is a little dated but it seems like they're making progress. At no time did I feel unsafe or that I was in a dirty hotel. Its not the Waldorf but it will do for a place to sleep."
