The room was good and the bed was comfy but the shower could be hotter! Would probably give the hotel itself 3-4 stars"

5 months ago"Great staff, location, price and comfort. Next time I am in Gallup, I will stay in the Quality Inn & Suites. The price was much lower than IHG and the breakfast was tasty. If I had to make one recommendation for improvement, it would be different pillows."
