"Room was good, staff was great. Breakfast wasn’t bad at all. A few down side was the location of the hotel. Had lots of foot traffic but nothing too bad. If you leave them alone they will leave you alone as well. Another down side was some occasional smell of pot down the hall way at times. But overall it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend…"

"Wondering why all the bad reviews! Glad I booked before I read them, because I would have missed a quality stay. Not sure why people said this was a 'bad area'. The neighborhood was a typical commercial district with no obvious signs of gangs or homeless people accosting you. Front desk was friendly and worked fast, no problems checking in. My room was clean with bedding with linen that looked and smelled fine. A few dings in the paint, but I've seen much worse. Best water drainage I've ever had at a hotel. Tub drained in seconds! The only disappointment was the hot tub not working (four stars instead of five), but there was a sign informing me at the desk, so it's not like I was stepping into a freezing cold tub or something. Overall, I felt like I got a great deal- a good hotel for a budget price."

"The room was clean and well maintained by room service, overall a good experience...especially after a busy day in the heat. The hotel itself was ok as well. It's a little old and worn, but honestly I cant complain given the great service and sense of safety I felt traveling. The beds were comfy too!"
