From the moment I arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, answered all my questions with patience, and always had a positive attitude. Ronik truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. His customer service skills are outstanding and made my stay much more enjoyable. "Excellent value in a newly managed Ramada property. I am in Bloomington often for work, and this is a great location near the Electrify America super charger. Very convenient if you have an EV. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has been doing a lot of renovations and offers solid clean rooms at a good price. Perfect for business travelers. Recommend!"
