Plus I left a list of any other concerns @ the desk upon checkout. Pool temp was estimated at 82°; however, that's fine for summer but I think 86° might be better for wintertime. Would have been nice to take a swim. Would certainly return again."

We stay in a lot of different hotels in the midwest area because we travel a lot for work and we try to stay in hotels that are in this price range and this is by far the absolute best one that we have found that is under $100 and provides all the amenities that this one does. It is also close to several different places that you can eat as well as having various places that will deliver to your hotel. And this hotel is very nice if you're someone like us that is traveling for work and may have merchandise or tools that you have on your vehicle and we felt really safe parking our vehicle there with our merchandise in it and without worrying that someone was going to be into it or steal anything. There's several work trucks and men that are there staying long term it looked like for work that had things a lot more valuable than ours that felt safe enough to park there so it's nice to have that feeling of safety while you're sleeping. We also met the owner while we were there and he was very nice man and we appreciate your very accommodating hotel! We will be coming back!"

It had all the necessities, was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the heating/AC worked well. Having said that, the room was exceptionally dirty. I made sure not set down my stuff on any of the surfaces besides the bed itself."
