"If you are seeking a distinguished hotel offering exceptional service, well maintained rooms, and a courteous staff, this establishment is a highly recommended place in my book. I have recently visited here for a few months because of work. For context, I am a caregiver for people with developmental disabilities, and the hotel accommodated our needs very effectively, for both me and my client. The staff consistently extended assistance in various ways and were always eager to help. They greeted us kindly and assured us that their team was available to support us with anything needed constantly. Room service reliably maintained the rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they were as welcoming as upon our arrival. The staff consistently contributed positively to my experience, engaging with me either casually or for helping matters, and was always available to assist with any concerns or requests upon any moment. Not to mention the amazing complimentary breakfast that had various kinds of meal options, was always prepared freshly each day, had hot fresh coffee made, and was always a tasty and a great way to starting my days there. Throughout my visits to the hotel to meet with my client, I was able to connect with the staff both personally and through regular interactions. This allowed me to form close bonds with the people working there, especially with those I saw frequently. The staff quickly recognized me and my client, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Each time I entered the hotel, I felt assured that I wouldn't be judged or discriminated against, and I always left having had pleasant conversations with the staff and an overall wonderful experience every day. I want to give a special shoutout to Xavier and Nicole. Xavier was always eager to help and understanding of every situation. With his personable attitude and great personality, l never felt uncomfortable or uncertain about getting my needs met. He's not only an excellent worker but also a genuine person who made me feel seen and heard. Nicole was very similar to Xavier in the sense of being friendly, approachable, and quick to greet all the guests, making the stay feel like being at home. She attended to all my needs and shared her positivity throughout the hotel. We often chatted while I was preparing breakfast for myself and my client making each morning leave off on the most positive note ever. Other honorable mentions of people who provided great service (these are just the other names I can remember the list goes so much longer then this even) Candy, Carmennza, Sheneka, Tasha, and Ayla. I would also like to give a thanks to all the maintenance staff there as well. During my time spent there, construction was being done to multiple parts of the hotel. The different innovations making the hotel even more nice than it already was, this was also accompanied by great hardworking and kind workers. Overall the staff, excellent service, unwavering dedication for customer support, and nice rooms to make for a great experience. This place deserves all the recognition it can get. I encourage everyone to stay here if you want the same 10/10 service I got."

"They just recently renovated. Rooms are much nicer than before. ( Although they weren't really bad tp begin with). Always enjoy staying here. Friendly staff, good breakfast, & quiet location."
