"Very nice location. Neat and clean. Everyday Breakfast was superb - freshly prepared Eggs, Waffles, Hashs and more. Rooms had small kitchen and good sized living and washroom. Great value for money in Chicago Downtown."

"This is a beautiful hotel! Our room was lovely and the bar/ restaurant area is very posh yet comfortable! The staff is outstanding, Amira and Glenn at the front desk were gracious and accommodating and Bellman, Leron (sp?) was absolutely top notch! Our only two minor issues were that the sheets on our king size bed were, almost undoubtedly, made for a queen size bed. They continually came off on the corners as we slept. Also, not to diminish the really impressive breakfast buffet, but the decaf coffee was out the entire time and did not get refilled while we were down there. But, as I said, those were very minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay there. We HIGHLY recommend it and we will absolutely stay again when we travel back to Chicago!"

"Everything was great. I loved the suite and full kitchen! The bed however was a bit less comfortable and bothered my back more than I am accustomed to in other hotels, including other Marriott hotels. I wish there were swimming and hot tub amenities but I understand the older architecture of the building may not be suited to such amenities. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the tub in my room was much appreciated for health issues. (I would love more whirlpool amenities in the rooms, as well). Breakfast was as expected, but I really enjoyed the crepes option, but I think bacon should be available choice every day!! Thank you for all the service and hospitality! Valet Parking was a great experience though it’s a bit pricey, but with my health issues it was a must."
