She was extremely helpful and attentive. I wanted a hotel close to the airport and this was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!"

I particularly want to write this review to shout out Kei at the front desk. She helped me immediately as I walked in, with a smile and good attitude. I told her I realized I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, and meant to book my stay this evening at this location. She immediately called the other location and made all the arrangements for me. When the phone rang to voicemail, she continued to call and made the reservation change swiftly, and got me a beautiful, well prepared, clean room. Kei was very personable and kind, and truly wanted to help me with my mistake in reservation. Once she gave me a room, she was also very thorough in details about how to have the best stay (wifi, breakfast, etc.). Mind you, she did all this for me for just a single night stay! This was an outstanding experience for me out of the various locations I've stayed at, so, THANK YOU TO KEI!"

Guest Laundry room was actually pretty nice for the price point but the lint trap compartments on all dryers desperately need servicing. Still worked great and was cheap ($2 per load). A/C worked great and had no weird smell unlike other value hotels. Room service was great. Cons: Room needed to be aired out. Smelled faintly like old carpet that needs to be properly cleaned. Hot water has a weird smell to it. Not a sewage/rotten egg smell.. more like a hot water tank or line needs to be properly purged and cleaned. Location is fine to get to decent places quickly but hotel area itself is depressing and a little sketchy at night. The two gas stations I went to had armed guards which is nice but telling of just what kind of area you're in. TV's are a little dated and mine had a purple tint. I couldn't access the display settings to change it."

He went out of his way to help bring my bags to the 2nd floor. I was exhausted from traveling 2,000 miles and his kindness is very noted. The downside was parking. With three different hotels sharing parking, it made finding the front door a challenge. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard and the breakfast area employee was very sweet and helpful."

I would stay again when traveling solo but definitely not with my family. Also the $999 incidental hold is a little shocking"
