Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

"Stayed here for 2 months and liked everything about it. Location - right in the middle of Bricktown. Took a nice walk every evening. Cleanliness - always.. cleanest floors I've ever seen! lol Value - management worked with me and gave me a great rate for a longer stay. Key cards- strange thing to review - I know- but this is the first time I didn't have to get a card replaced ever! Key fobs and cell phones did not deactivate them. Stayed working the whole time!!! Breakfast - very good and changed every day to offer more variety... thanks for always having fresh bananas... Recommend staying in an even number room though.. there are jerks on motorcycles and hot rods revving up their engines very loud on Reno... especially Sunday nights for some reason... other than that, very quiet hotel! Thanks again to the great staff!"

"I had such a smooth check in and check out process with this Residence Inn. The staff was friendly, service was fast, and the food was delicious. The views of the riverwalk were so nice and the view of the city was lit up and beautiful at night. I got the best views of the sunset and sunrise on the higher floors. But great view of the riverwalk on the second floor. The fitness center was amazing, I got to do Cardio and weightlifting while watching the games! The location is so convenient. I could walk anywhere in Bricktown in less than 10 minutes. The Truckstop was amazing! Loved to go there any night of the week, especially after a game! Staff: Logan, front desk Concierge, was soooo Amazing. I had an issue with a few rooms and he was soooo nice in switching my rooms with no issues. I was in a new room within 5 minutes. He was polite, kind, professional, and provided me the best customer service throughout my entire stay. Service: Housekeeping was truly great. They handled any requests I had fast and efficiently. They cleaned my dishes, which in return I cleaned them before I checked out to make their job easier! Maintenance: Now, they were on point. At any call they appeared in less than 5 minutes. I appreciated them for making sure everything was in tip top shape. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but the service was amazing, the staff was friendly and everyone was so efficient in helping all the guests. I highly recommend!"

"I arrived late and Logan checked me in. He was very nice and helpful . His customer service was on point. I stayed here for one night. I loved the very spacious room I had and the location was everything I was looking for. I needed to be in the downtown area. Lastly, upon checking out, Yolanda was nice and helpful upon checking out. She greeted me with a smile. The staff made the difference with their excellent customer service and ensuring our stay was brilliant."
