Stayed two nights and most of the front desk staff was friendly but a few were not. We originally booked one night but extended it to two, however, they shut our key off right at 11 am and we were stuck in the pool area and couldn't get back into the hotel. Had to scream to get another patron to open the door for us. They never apologized."

Shout out to Mina who was at the front desk when we checked in and helped us with everything we asked."
