Service is generally good, but there's a noticeable lack of warmth and kindness from some staff members. Encouraging staff to smile more and engage with guests more genuinely would significantly improve the guest experience. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! It offers a wide variety of options and is definitely superior to what many other hotels provide—you won't be disappointed. The room was good, though there was some noticeable wetness, which I suspect was caused by the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, the constant, strong smell of cannabis on our floor was a persistent and unpleasant issue."

It’s clear that employees take pride in their job and that there is a dedication to keeping this place well maintained. Only field that this hotel falters is when it comes to the parking. $26 to park overnight. The cost of parking should be advertised in the price of staying at the hotel and would make the decision making process easier for guests. If I’m being honest, knowing the price for parking would’ve made me think twice about staying here."

Ice maker made one batch of ice in the 10 hours it was on. Was told if you’re parking here you pay on this app. Where else am I supposed to park?? Paying for parking in another app was a bit ridiculous and the cost of $28.00. For not even 24 hours. The breakfast was hot and fresh and was so excited to finally have bacon at a hotel breakfast."
