However, it was clean, convenient, cheaper than most area hotels/motels, and Kim was a joy to talk to even though it wasn't u tile check out. I had no problems at check in. I liked that there are separate rooms for me and my guest. The bathroom is a tad small but we managed. Does smell like an older place but we just sprayed our room spray. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in. town."

The place is spotless and very well maintained in a great location. The owner Kim was very nice and very friendly and overall we loved our stay in Santa Monica. The next time we visit LA and Santa Monica we will definitely book here again! 5 stars"

The 10 freeway is just down the street, making it easy to get around(despite the awful traffic in LA) The room had a mini fridge, no microwave but basically all you need. The place was clean inside and out and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best part for me was Kim the lady who served us . Prior to my stay, I had spoken to Kim a couple of times and she was very pleasant and easy to deal with. When we arrived, she was on duty and showed us our room and gave beneficial local advice. She was great to deal with! If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. However, if you're like me, all you need is a clean place in a good location. This motel was surely that. I would stay here again without hesitation"

Staff was extremely nice. Working toilet. Room was clean. Only thing is it was very cramped. If you're a budget traveler and don't need a lot of space, this could be a great choice for you. Though, if you prefer the typical more spacious American Inns, this is not that."

The location seemed safe. 7- Eleven and walgreens were on a 2 mins walk. Overall a good deal if you are looking for a place just to crash at night."
