Rodeway Inn near Melrose Ave

"I was so pleased with this hotel!! The location was right where I needed, but to find a place so well-outfitted, and clean, and quiet was amazing! The room has a nice bed, a big desk area a small eating booth, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, lots of hanging space and drawers, and the bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower. The front-desk staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable there."

"Small hotel/motel but clean, gated parking lot, lots of video inside the property. Clean room and restroom.has laundromat. Only set back are the beds are small full size only where we stayed. Has bagel, muffins, ereal, orange, coffe, apple juice for breakfast. Has a small courtyard in the middle to sit for breakfast. We will stay in the motel again and again. We will very safe."

"My sister and I stayed at the Rodeway Inn near Melrose Ave just for one day as we prepare for my move to LA. We drove down from the Bay Area, tired and exhausted, desperately in need of some cool air and relaxation after a 6+ hour drive in the summer heat, and this is where we met one of the kindest people, Carmelita. Carmelita went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms — we came to her with a concern about the AC and she went up ahead to fix it herself, while also double checking if any other rooms were available for us to switch to. She went out of her way to find us a room on the first floor with AC (we were originally on the second floor) just so we wouldn’t have trouble with our luggage. She would check up on us, and gosh it really felt like a breath of fresh air meeting someone so kind after dealing with so much traffic and many aggressive drivers!! I’m really happy that meeting Carmelita is my first introduction to LA, and how people may be from here. The world needs more kind people like her!"
