The location is perfect — close to downtown Williams and only a few minutes from the Grand Canyon Railway, which made our trip to the Grand Canyon easy and unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. For the price, the value is excellent, and the entire experience felt simple, convenient, and stress-free. If you’re staying in Williams, especially for the train ride to the Grand Canyon, this hotel is a very solid and reliable option. Highly recommended!"

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Even though we were there for a two night stay, our towels were replaced, garbage was taken out, and our beds were made. The included breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day! It’s located a short walking distance from downtown and conveniently situated if you’re driving to the Grand Canyon"

Large TV, strong, hot shower, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the WiFi was very, very slow, and the breakfast room was a major disappointment: small, crowded, and no lids for coffee. Also, the front desk closes at 10, so you're out of luck if you get here too late to check in. Overall though, very positive experience."
