The RV site was flat gravel almost no need to level. The rest rooms and laundry facility were spotless!! They are working on installing privacy fences between sites. Easy electric, water and sewer hookups too. Also, Tom steered us to a wonderful Mexican restaurant nearby with great food and margaritas. We would definitely stay here again!"

Staff were friendly and accommodating when we had issues when my dad got sick and even allowed us to have a temporary deck and ramp put up for his needs. We stayed 10 months and they were the best ten months I personally had. They have free wifi for the guests that's exceptional, a clean common area with full kitchen, showers, a workout room, and a game room for the kids. They original had only one dog park but put in a second during my stay there which made things easier since we had multiple dogs. Tom and Ski are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet and are more than willing to help if you need it as they did me and my family. They even have a rv repair service on site and a craftsman who made our deck. I'd come back again and stay as long as possible if I could"

Manager treats people as guests in her home: great dog, too. Clean, well kept and thoughtful park. Convenient location: nearby road noise was covered by our fan (and many RV parks are near roads: doh!), so slept well."

There is some road noise during the day, but it quietens down at night and I had no problems falling or staying asleep. Although I was close to the freeway, I love my site with the 3-ft privacy fence on one side and a large curved stucco wall on the other. I had a picnic table, a nice shade tree and plenty of space for my dog to roam around while tethered. This is a clean RV park, from the sites themselves to the office, the restrooms and showers. There are two dog parks with complimentary waste bags. They have a large green space towards the back of the park with lots of trees, cool green grass covered patio and barbecue grills. Their community room has a large flat screen TV for watching your favorite shows as well as a microwave and coffee maker with complementary coffee. They're exercise room has free weights, treadmill and gym equipment plus a boombox for playing your favorite tunes while you work out. Just minutes away from Cadillac Ranch, Slug Bug Ranch, dining and shopping. Oh, and don't forget Buc-ee's on the south side of town."
