Sentral Michigan Avenue Chicago Hotel

"Our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable and well designed, basically divided into three areas. The bed was great, the space was generous, and the view was beautiful. We stayed in unit 1605, which had a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect if you want to cook or prepare something yourself. The hotel offers several convenient options, including ordering and picking up food right on site. Special mention to Joy, who gave us outstanding service from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind and helpful — truly exceptional hospitality. There are only two small points to keep in mind: 1. Location: the hotel is in the southern part of the city, a bit away from the main tourist attractions, which are mostly in the north. That said, getting around is very easy by metro, Uber, or Lyft. 2. Room service: since the hotel operates partly as an apartment-style property, there’s no room service. However, each unit has its own washer and dryer, which is super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and very well managed. Definitely recommend it."

"Perfect stay. I was here for a work conference for 4 days. My flight arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, but Joy at the front desk gave me access to the shared workspace upstairs, where I was able to connect to Wifi, take work calls, print documents, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice amenities, friendly service. For runners, great location to run along the lake. I’d love to come back!"
