"Yesterday I stayed at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel, a wonderfully comfortable place with an equally welcoming team. But what truly stood out what I can’t stop thinking about—was the incredible service I received at the Left Turn Restaurant from Amanda. With a flight looming and only a short window for breakfast, I expected to rush through the morning. Instead, Amanda transformed it into one of the most impressive service experiences I’ve ever had. She moved with purpose and heart, anticipating what I needed before I even asked. My meal arrived hot, fresh, and faster than I thought possible yet nothing felt hurried. She carried herself with such kindness, calm, and authenticity that it instantly set the tone for the rest of my day. If every hotel and restaurant had an Amanda on their team, the entire hospitality industry would feel extraordinary. She turned a simple breakfast into something memorable, and that kind of service is genuinely rare."

"I’ve stayed here several times and the service has always been great, everyone is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room, but the staff quickly moved us to another without any hassle. The location is unbeatable if you’re flying out of ABQ. That said, the rooms are definitely dated and in need of renovation. The beds were comfortable, but the hot water was barely warm enough for a shower. I’d stay here again for the convenience, but I really hope they invest in updating the rooms and equipment soon."

"We came in 12/19 and Julio (I think that was his name) noticed that my birthday was 12/18 and wished me a happy birthday. Jokingly, I said, does that mean an upgrade!?! He had that look of curiosity and then he said, well, it looks like your room is a club deluxe and gave us a room on the 14th floor and access to CLUB 15! My guy came in clutch! Amazing customer service! The room was nice but the ac didn’t work. We had the room set to 68 and the temp was 77 and just warm air barely coming out of the vent. Our second night, we turned the air off altogether and then temperature dropped about 5 degrees. That’s unacceptable in instances like this. The first night we slept miserably. The second night was much better. Julio is the man!"
