"I stayed a few days here during a business trip. The room is spacious with everything I need, they even have a kettle that tailors to Asian needs. Netflix on TV is a bonus. Bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom is bright, large and crystal clean. Mountain view outside my room windows is great. The neighborhood is quiet but has big grocery stores and restaurants within a short walk. One thing I found strange is that I was asked to bring my ID to receive my laundry from the front desk, while every other place I went deliver the laundry to room. Overall a great experience."

"My normal LA property wasn’t available so I took a chance. I’m SO glad I did. The location is walkable to fantastic restaurants and tea shops. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. Staff were helpful without being overbearing. My room was on the club floor and appeared new. It was well set up for a business traveler with good desk space, usb outlets and regular outlets aplenty. The room was very quiet despite neighbors on either side. The only spot that didn’t shine as brightly was the club lounge. The breakfast was…adequate. The happy hour food consisted of frozen pizza and some crudités. It was sad actually. Despite the Club food misses, the hotel is still a winner."

"The hotel is located in "China town" and quite away from most touristy stuff. The staff here are overly helpful and for the service, I'd definitely return. The rooms were also beautiful. Update: my job fumbled and these wonderful people were patient and kind throughout the obstacles my peers and I faced. Rating went from a 4 to a 5."

"This is one of my favorite hotels to stay when I am in SoCal. It feels very zen whenever I am there. It's always very quiet, parking is easy, staff is very efficient, rooms are clean & well appointed. However, when I stayed there recently, I had ran out of toothpaste so I went to the front desk to ask for some. Before, I had received toothpaste from the front desk in the form of a packet, like ketchup. This time, they told me it was in the vending machine. When I checked the machine, it was $5 for a dental kit!! These things used to be complimentary but now they are charging for it. I was really disappointed, therfore I took a star away from them."

"The hotel is in a great location — a quiet town not far from LA. There’s a large parking lot that’s easy to move around, though a bit pricey. The room was spacious and comfortable, but with no view, and the shower drain was unfortunately clogged. Breakfast was quite boring, the same limited options every day and no vegetables at all. On the other hand, the minibar was well stocked, and the afternoon lunches and snacks were really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful — great people who made the stay much better. Overall, a bit expensive for what it offers, but still a pleasant stay. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars."
