a month ago"I’ve stayed at many hotels in OKC. This hotel has everything you’ll need. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is super cozy, clean, safe, with friendly atmosphere and staff. You can walk to Bricktown in 7 mins and still be away from the noise. I’ll be staying here again!!"

a month ago"Just stay at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City, and i had a good time staying here at this luxury hotel, especially relaxing, eating here, booking a place to stay a night for events or vacation time like go see a OKC Thunder game. There are some problems. What's some rooms, especially don't the wear and tears on the bads walls, broken nights that should be repaired or replaced, there should be some trash bags in every trash can, and the tube and shower heads, need to be fixed or replaced, because I could see leakage of water coming out of the tube head. At least the services here is 99% helpful and respectful, especially to help any customer needs, and the location is a great place, next to all the other hotels in the Paycon center arena. This is a great hotel, but it's not perfect. They are some things that need to be fixed, especially within every single hotel rooms, from the 2nd all the way towards the 15th floor, but still, it is a very good place to stay."
