5 months ago"Perfect location...close to the Airport...check in was a breeze...the room was more than comfortable....loved the walk in shower....clean from parking area to the interior....park and fly was a breeze with a welcoming shuttle driver at 4:00am...Will be staying on my returning trip..."

5 months ago"The staff are super nice and professional. The rooms are old even though they seem to be recently renovocated. The view of the SGV mountain is magnificient. It's very close to the airport and metrolink stations. Lounges serve breakfast and light dinner, so it's not bad for high level members. I redeemed 80k for 5 day 4 nights so I thought it was a deal."

7 months ago"I can only speak on the room I was put in: It was badly in need of a deep cleaning. If you have asthma or other respiratory issues, OR do not want to get any, do not stay on the 2nd floor. There was an air purifier in the room already upon arrival, but not even it can save you and yours from the horrible air quality of that room. The lobby area and lounge were fine though."
