4 months ago"We had a 3 night stay. The service was great from check in to check out. When walking around we would see staff cleaning and always working (including wiping down elevator doors and cleaning parking lot). Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Asked for more towels and was given some without question. Staff would say Good Morning, and smile when they would see us throughout the day. A great stay and will definately visit again if we come through Springfeild."

a month ago"They charge less for the same room across the parking lot, provide complimentary cold water at check-in, and free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and smoke/pet free. Raj at the desk was very kind and helpful!"

a month ago"I stayed one night during my long travels from the south to the north. The location is good. Other businesses nearby and well lit. The location felt safe. For the price, this was a good stay for me. My room was clean and nicely decorated. I had a slight issue with the shower door which caused water to go onto the floor as it did not seal tight. I informed staff in case they were not aware and so they have the chance to fix it. Breakfast in the morning was more than enough and included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy, toast, yogurt, waffles, coffee, juice, fruits, oatmeal, and 2 kinds of cereal. The area and other guests were quiet which made for a good night's sleep. I would stay here again."
