5 months ago"I stayed at this hotel for 2 months for work and the stay was great! Margo at the front desk was amazing! Was always greeted with a big smile and a friendly welcoming, she deserves a raise! Maid service was great as well always providing clean towels everyday and cleaned my room frequently each week. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the okc area."

The carpet in my room had a lot of stains, the tile and grout in the bathroom floor had damage and the caulking in the shower was damaged and looked moldy. However, the lady that checked me in was super friendly and efficient, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The hotel also had many places to eat within close proximity. The nightly rate was also very reasonable."

5 months ago"Hotel is in need of some heavy maintenance. The room had clothing items tucked under the air conditioning unit who knows how long they have been there. The day time staff was not friendly or helpful just kinda walked around un-bothered by what was being asked if him. The ice machine area smelled so bad it turned me off from wanting to get ice. 4 stars for the 3-11 shift lady who checked us in...she was great! Beds were comfy but the AC didn't get cold and the tub stopper was broken so it wouldn't hold water..room 413!"
