"I thoroughly enjoyed my whole experience during our short stay! Inviting, breathable atmosphere. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room was fantastic. Comfortable beds. Pillows were alright. Breakfast was delicious. The dining room is huge and allows for multiple families to gather without clutter. Thank you Sleep Inn ❤️ we will definitely be back."

"Christy welcomes you with a wide open smile and a willingness to ensure your stay is top notch. After I checked in for my first stay at this hotel, luggage stowed, prepared to relax (very cold and windy evening), yikes! no heat in the room! Christy tried resetting the unit and all the other little tricks...nope nada, no heat. Christy then helped me move my luggage to another room, heat on, checked on me twice. All with that wonderful smile in place. Thanks Christy. Kevin or KJ, the manager is wonderful. Professional with compassion. We spoke at length about the memory care issues my husband is experiencing. He acknowledged my frustration about the lack of heat in my room plus a few housekeeping issues and by golly, my next stay, about a week later everything was up to par. I will definitely be back for a third stay very soon."

"The staff was very helpful. No wait to check in. The lobby was clean and fresh and free of snow. The room was clean , my only concern is I would charged for items that were damaged (age) or just broken . The bathroom sink faucet plug was off. The coffee pot missing the bowl for the coffee . A bedside lamp did not work. The table lamp shade was cracked . We did report these to the lobby. Just little touches that gave me a concern This is a great place , nice and clean . I do thank the owner for taking the time to give me a personal response. I will see you guys in two weeks ."

"Room was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only complaint is we arrived a couple hours before the 3 pm check in time. They wanted to charge $35 to check early. Never had that happen at ANY other hotel we've stayed at."
