We trust the Hilton name & find their hotels to consistently meet our expectations. Other hotel chains are getting sloppy. Please don't follow their trends & keep your hotels up-to-date and detailed well."

a month ago"Overall a great experience. Unfortunately there was some water damage above my shower and the door to my bathroom didn't close quite right. I reported the issues at checkout and they said they would take care of them. A-Aron at check in was amazing! Great customer service! The guy at check out was nice as well. I didn't catch his name though. Breakfast was basic breakfast, but had a wide selection of items (bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal)."

4 months ago"New facade on an older hotel. Room was clean but walls and ceiling were in need of repairs. Their indoor pool was an older but well maintained pool, but really needed much better ladders or the addition of steps for easier access and egress. The ladders were actually painful to use. Their bagel (no hot food) breakfast was okay but sparse. The lobby area was new and modern with coffee available. There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room."
