"The best service ever! The staff was amazing: super kind and super cozy! They illustrated to me all the services of the hotel and they were friendly every time I met them (all the different people of the staff that I met!!). They replied to all our questions about the bill and the reservation. Room was very characteristic and very clean. Position is perfect from any distance: you are in the center of Chicago and all of the points are accessible from the hotel. Good products in the coffee shop. I recommend it and I also I will come back tomorrow with another reservation because we were very satisfied with all the service that we received during the first visit. Best Hotel in Chicago!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel! If we ever get to came back, we will stay here again, no questions asked. The valet parking was great, we didn't have to find a place to park. The gentleman who helped unload the car and take us to our room was very friendly and informative. The room overall was one of the best I have ever stayed at, the layout was very original and thoughtful. I loved the individual sinks and closets, worked out great for us and we loved the rainfall shower head! The views were amazing and we felt very comfortable and at home. Everyone there does a fantastic job and we so greatly appreciated it!"

"I stayed at the Sports Illustrated Resort for a much-needed staycation weekend, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Shea and Patrick went above and beyond to take care of me. I was dealing with issues related to a third-party reservation and, on top of that, hadn’t slept in a week. They were calm, reassuring, and incredibly proactive; walking me through the situation, keeping me informed, and ultimately getting everything resolved so I could relax. Their empathy and professionalism made an immediate difference. Later, I attended the complimentary happy hour and met Tristan and Beau, who were both warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. They shared insights about the brand, what’s coming next for the resort, and great things to do in the area. It felt less like a scripted interaction and more like genuine hospitality. While my room still had some of the previous brand’s décor, it was clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. The entire team was attentive throughout the weekend and consistently made me feel welcomed and at home—which was exactly what I needed. It’s hard to fully put into words how much that weekend meant to me. The care, patience, and extra effort shown by the team went far beyond what was required and turned my stay into something truly restorative. If this is what the pre-season experience looks like at the Sports Illustrated Resort, then we’re all in for a real treat when it’s game time."

"We stayed here over the weekend of 1/31/26. The service was absolutely top tier. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The hotel is a short walk from Millenium Park and Mag Mile. It was an easy walk to the Grant North Parking garage as well. We are frequently in Chicago and will definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Great brunch experience! My boyfriend and I visited The Virgin Hotels Chicago during our trip and went for brunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was vibrant and stylish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. We especially loved the modern design and the lively vibe of the place — perfect for a weekend brunch in the city. Definitely a spot we’d love to come back to!"
