The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish, from the receptionist to the janitorial staff and everyone we interacted with. Their warmth and attentiveness really made our stay feel comfortable and pleasant. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, which we very much appreciated after traveling. The lobby was inviting with the bar being a nice surprise that added to the overall experience. If we are ever staying in Amarillo again, we will definitely be choosing this hotel. Highly recommend!"

One lady, who I saw every morning greeted me with a strong good morning, blessed and highly favored, gave a great day! She made my day every single day!"

One of the most encouraging conversations I’ve had in a long time. Not a bad way to start the day. Cleanliness is the number one priority for any hotel, and this place nailed it. Every corner I wandered into was spotless. Even the lobby bathroom had the toilet paper folded into a perfect triangle, which feels like the universal signal that someone cares. Speaking of the lobby bathroom, one small suggestion: add music. When traveling with others, using the room for certain… situations… is simply not acceptable. The lobby bathroom becomes a sanctuary, but right now it is a little too quiet. With lobby noise bleeding in, it feels less like a safe place and more like a performance. A little background music would go a long way. One thing I loved is that it is nearly identical to the SpringHill near Arden Hills, MN. Same layout, same wallpaper, same consistency. Both locations are top notch. The included breakfast held up as well. No photos this time, but Moses still recommends this place. Lisa gets a bonus recommendation too."
