"The room was spacious, very clean, and had a really nice view. Mathew at the front desk was especially commendable—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good; while the choices were a bit limited, the quality was nice and satisfying. A nice bonus is that you can purchase detergent on-site, and the laundry service is complimentary. Overall, a very comfortable stay. But thinking about the planet hotel could upgrade cutlery and plates to silverware. (Maybe it’s my European eyes haha it’s a loooooot of plastic)"

"Nice newer hotel right in Chinatown. It's not fancy, but well maintained and clean. Free parking on nearby residential streets. Paid parking in hotel garage. Neighborhood is busy but safe. Water pressure is good and temperature gets very hot. Breakfast is Springhill standard but includes biscuit sandwiches and small egg fritatas that are pretty good. Five-minute walk to El station to take you pretty much anywhere, but Downtown is a 10-minute ride away."

"This hotel overall is pretty good, and I've got a list of pros and cons from our two night stay: Pros: Great location, especially if you like Asian food! It was easy to get on and off of the freeway there as well. Great service - super friendly and helpful! Gorgeous lobby, clean rooms, smells good overall, nice showers. The king suite was just enough room for 2 people to be comfortable. Parking deck attached directly to the hotel! Cons: If your room is located on the backside of the hotel, it is very noisy: freeway and trains running through at all hours. Our bed was disappointing. The bedding wasn't as nice as other places I've stayed, and the mattress was very saggy in the middle. Parking info: Barely any street parking so keep that in mind. There is a parking deck available but it is quite small and $30 a night. We had a compact SUV we rented and it fit just fine but we watched people with bigger vehicles struggle a bit."

"Room very clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and assisted with recommending good dinner options. The breakfast had a good variety of selections. The lobby smelled really nice and was clean. The only ding is that I am a gold member and they didn't offer a welcome bag."
